AUGUST 3 – 8th Sunday after Pentecost
Today we celebrate Holy Communion. Judy Hawkins & Michael Ost provide a specialmusic offering, “There Is a Balm in Gilead.” Rev.Dr. Benjamin J. Broadbent, Lead Minister preaches a sermon on Luke 12:13–21 entitled “Pursuing a Commonwealth.”
AUGUST 10 – 9 th Sunday after Pentecost
On this Annual Apple Pie Fundraiser weekend, the Margulis Family provides special music and Pastor Benjamin preaches a sermon on Luke 12:22-34 entitled, “ConfrontingAnxiety, Addiction, and Alienation.”
AUGUST 17 – 10th Sunday after Pentecost
Today special music is provided by Rev. Brian Plaugher & J. Althea. Our guest preacheris Rev. Rhina Ramos, Associate Conference Minister at theNorthern California Nevada Conference, United. Today’s gospel lesson is Luke 12:49–56.
